 Here is a creamy chocolate chia pudding recipe:

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or another natural sweetener (adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, shredded coconut, nuts, or dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together the almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.

  2. Stir in the chia seeds.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken to a creamy pudding consistency.

  4. Stir well before serving and add toppings if desired.
